VELUX Guarantee

For over 80 years we have been making products that stand out for their quality and reliability. Our commitment does not end at the time of purchase, but continues with the VELUX Guarantee.

Your VELUX roof windows are supported by a 10-year guarantee. See our guarantee document for full details.

VELUX sloped solar and electric roof windows are supported by a 5-year guarantee on all the electrical components. The remaining electrical products are supported by a 3-year guarantee. See our guarantee document for full details.

VELUX blinds and shutters are supported by a 3-year guarantee, which does not in any way affect your statutory rights.

The standard guarantee for VELUX sloped solar and electric roof windows covers the electrical components for 5 years. You can further extend this coverage by an additional 5 years by registering your window.
